Being a "WellWoman" means being healthy in Body, Mind and Spirit.

The "WellWoman" also has a deeper meaning...

one that has been taken from the bible story of the Samaritan woman in the gospel of John.

The woman at the well models three important behaviors that strengthens one's  journey of faith:
1. She found Jesus while she was going about her daily activities
2. She was open and honest in her meeting with Jesus, and
3. She shared her faith and interaction with Jesus, which led others to their own personal relationship with him.
